At Home Detox

Detox services including prescriptions and remote monitoring

At Pathfinder Recovery we understand the stressors of everyday life, and understand that there are times when a client cannot leave their home for a week to go to an inpatient treatment facility for substance detox. Clients will need to have a responsible adult who is willing to stay with them during the in-home detox process, and will see a medical provider every day via a HIPAA compliant video call. Clients will also see licensed interventionists daily. We can either send medications to the client’s home pharmacy or we can utilize a pharmacy with whom we partner to have prescriptions for a medically supported detox sent via overnight delivery to the client’s home. Clients will also receive a blood pressure cuff, heart rate and oxygen monitoring equipment that uploads via bluetooth to our medical chart so the team can monitor vital signs. We utilize prescription medications to safely detox the client from their drug of choice as comfortably as possible. We also know that physical/chemical dependence is only half the challenge when facing addiction, and we focus on behavioral components to prevent a return to use. The client will see their personal interventionist every day to learn new coping skills and how to avoid triggers. The client will also have access to two group sessions daily as peer support is proven to be a helpful component to maintaining sobriety.

Holistic treatment

Meet with interventionist weekly and access to two group meetings a day

At Pathfinder Recovery’s clinical department clients can expect an integrative, customized, all-encompassing, empathic approach to assist with beginning stages of recovery. Based on each client’s particular needs, we will provide educational, experiential, reflective, and therapeutic practices to support the client in understanding, practicing, and implementing the skills to build a strong foundation in recovery.

Clients will be matched with an interventionist and through 1:1 sessions will seek to understand their underlying issues associated with their addiction and be guided to start their recovery journey. In addition to individual sessions, clients will gain access to holistic group therapy sessions that will aim to assist with relapse prevention, motivation to recover, and mindfulness.

Maintenance MAT

Meet with medical provider every 2-4 weeks, weekly 1:1 counseling, access to 2 group meetings/week

For clients who are also on medication assisted therapy, we have a program that allows them to continue to see their interventionist weekly, access to two groups per week, and see the medical provider to continue maintenance medication assisted treatment for relapse prevention.
